What is the lead time for different orders?
Sample lead time: 7-14 working days for initial samples, 5-7 working days for revised samples.
Regular order lead time (1,200-20,000 units): 90-120 working days.
What logistics and shipping methods does your factory support?
Sea freight: Ideal for large-volume orders with low freight costs. We support both full container load (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) shipping, covering major global ports with stable schedules. Suitable for orders without strict time requirements.
Air freight: Ideal for small-volume and urgent orders with high time efficiency, enabling fast delivery.
What is the production process for garments?
Standard process:Sampling based on design (confirmation of process samples) → Fabric procurement, inspection and pre-shrinking → Pattern layout and cutting (laser precision cutting) → Printing/embroidery (heat transfer process) → Sewing and accessory installation (labels, zippers, elastic bands, etc.) → Comprehensive quality inspection → Ironing and finishing → Packaging (labeling/boxing according to customer requirements).
How do you ensure my requirements are accurately met during the sampling and design stages?
Design coordination: We will assign a dedicated account manager to communicate with you, translating your requirements (such as sizing, materials, and construction) into a detailed design report including CAD drawings and material swatches. Sampling will only begin once the report is confirmed.
Sample approval process: We offer a two-stage sample service: Initial Sample → Approved Sample. Each sample stage comes with a detailed specification sheet (covering details like stitch density), and we support verification via video review or physical sample delivery.
Documentation & archiving: The final approved sample will be signed by both parties and archived as the official standard for mass production.
What is your company's quality control process?
We operate an in-house physical testing laboratory and also accept tests conducted by third-party certification bodies. Our core quality control measures include: material color verification, color fastness testing, abrasion resistance testing, tear strength testing, tensile strength testing, and seam strength testing. For the entire product, we also perform dynamic and static load tests according to different specified weights. Additionally, we can source materials customized to meet customers' chemical testing requirements. All finished products are strictly inspected in accordance with customer specifications and AQL standards to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
